Can I store the doughnuts after they have been decorated?
Yes. So long as they are still within their use-by date, they should be absolutely fine, whether they are decorated or not.
Does the price include delivery?
Yes. The whole kit comes delivered to your door. There are no extra delivery costs to pay.
What payment options do you take?
We take most debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Our main payment gateway is PayPal.
What do I do if I’m unhappy with the product?
If there’s anything wrong with the product, we’ll be happy to replace it. Please start by calling us on 01254 677 199 or by describing the problem in an email, which you can send to info@diysimplydoughnuts.co.uk. Once we understand the issue, we’ll explain how to return the kit to us, and how to get a free replacement.
How do I use a promotional code?
There is a special form field (text box) in the shopping cart system. If you have a code, just enter it there when you place your order and payment details. Any discount will automatically be applied.
